Returns via Post

If you wish to return your item, please post it back to our Distribution Centre. To start your return, please complete the Returns Form provided with your order (or download it here), or include a note with the following details: Carefully package the item in its original box or a secure outer wrapper, where possible. Send the item to:

How to Fill Out the Stilton Return Form

Order Summary

• Write your Order Number and Order Date from your confirmation email or packing slip.

Customer Details 

• Fill in your Full Name, Email Address, contact number to help us identify your order.

Return Item Details (Table Section)

• QTY: Number of items you are returning.
• Product Code: Found on your packing slip or order confirmation.
• Description: Briefly describe the item (e.g. “Black Hoodie, Size M”).
• Reason for Refund Code: Choose a code from the list below and write it in the table.

Return Instructions

• Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Attach the completed form inside your return package.
• Ship to the return address provided below.

Customer Signature & Date

• Sign and date the form to confirm your return request.
