General Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, and unwashed.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale or discounted items
- Swimwear, underwear, and other intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items marked as "final sale"
How to Return an Item

Request a Return Authorization:
- Please contact us at support@stiltonclothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Prepare the Return Package:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or any other suitable box to avoid damage during return shipping.
- Include a copy of the order confirmation or packing slip with the returned items.

Ship the Return:
- We will provide you with a return address once your return request is approved. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for size, color, or item preference based on stock availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same steps outlined for returns above, and once we receive your return, we will send out the new item as requested.
Note: If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit instead.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange, and cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will send you a prepaid return label. If there are no errors on our part, we do not cover return shipping.
International Returns
- For international customers, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes when returning items. Shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged. If the sale items are defective, we will issue a full refund or exchange.
